BACHEPACK is an independent service provider and is not affiliated with any airline, airport authority, hotel, or transportation carrier unless explicitly stated.

2. Eligibility

Users must be at least 18 years old to book or use BACHEPACK services.

By using the services, you represent that all information provided is accurate and complete.

3. Prohibited Items

Customers may not transport:

• Illegal substances

• Weapons or firearms

• Explosives or hazardous materials

• Cash or currency

• High-value jewelry

• Perishable goods

• Items prohibited by law or airline regulations

BACHEPACK reserves the right to refuse service for any prohibited or unsafe items.

4. Booking & Payments

All bookings are subject to availability.

Customers agree to pay all applicable:

• service fees

• taxes

• wait-time fees

• cancellation fees

• additional delivery charges

Pricing may vary based on:

• bag quantity

• item size

• service timing

• pickup and delivery locations

• airport complexity

5. Delivery Windows

Pickup and delivery times are estimated windows only and are not guaranteed.

BACHEPACK is not responsible for delays caused by:

• traffic

• weather

• airport restrictions

• airline schedule changes

• security conditions

• events outside reasonable control

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BACHEPACK shall not be liable for:

• loss, theft, or damage to baggage

• delayed deliveries

• missed flights

• consequential or incidental damages

Customer assumes all risk associated with transported items.

BACHEPACK’s maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the applicable booking.

7. Customer Conduct

Customers agree to:

• cooperate with pickup and delivery procedures

• arrive at designated meeting locations on time

• comply with all applicable laws and regulations

BACHEPACK reserves the right to deny service for abusive, unsafe, or unlawful conduct.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, logos, branding, graphics, and materials are owned by BACHEPACK and may not be copied or used without written permission.

9. Website Use

Users agree not to:

• interfere with website functionality

• attempt unauthorized access

• use automated scraping tools

• misuse the platform for fraudulent activity

10. Indemnification

Customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless BACHEPACK and its affiliates from claims arising from:

• unlawful conduct
